Two Components Liquid Systems

Hydroseal Polymers Inc. offers a full line of Shore A Urethane Elastomer Systems. Uses include the following:
HS 400 Series - 40 - 95 Shore A. Low viscosity for ease of hand or machine mix. Gel time of 1 - 30 minutes available. Used for concrete form liners or tooling.
HS 425 Series - 20 - 95 Shore A. Gel time of 1 - 10 minutes. Uses include automotive filters, suspention bushings, or where high resilleance is required.
HS 450 Series - 25 - 95 Shore A. Gel time of 1 - 30 minutes. Superior physical properties. Uses include concrete stamps, tooling, or when high-abrasion is required.
HS 350 Series - 50 - 95 Shore A. Used where very high tear or abrasion is required.

Hydroseal offers a complete line of Shore D urethane systems. Uses include the following:

HS 400 Series -
Shore 50D - 80D. Gel time of 1 minute thru 10 minutes. Low viscosity. Used for roto-molding or custom molded parts where high-flow is important.

HS 425 Series -
Shore 50D - 85D. Gel time of 1 thru 10 minutes. Uses include automotive bushings, automotive facia, or where high impact is required.
